WHEN MOBILE MAKES SENSE Service Information and Terms

Using our mobile services makes sense when you want to do things that are harder to do in a conventional Day Spa, which tends to be about holding parties or events for groups of people.

Using our 31 foot Spa Mobile for a facial for one person, for example, may not be economical for you, given the cost of the facial and a travel charge we would have to add.

Massage services, according to law, cannot be delivered in a mobile spa. You either have to go to a conventional day spa OR you can have a massage therapist come into your home. We provide both services.

If you live in or near Plant City, get your massage -- and a full complement of day spa and salon services -- at our new business, The Place of Beauty. Or book us to come straight to your home.

Gratuities
For Spa Parties and groups over three people, a 15% gratuity will be added.

Bookings by the Hour or Day
If you are holding an event and would prefer to book the Mobile Spa and our technicians by the hour or day, here are the rates:

Mobile Spa on Site with one technician: $100 per hour. Full day (8 hours): $700.00

Mobile Spa on Site with two technicians: $175 hour. Full day (8 hours): $1,250.00

Add a third technician for $50 per hour or $325 for an 8 hour day.



Reservations

Typically, reservations are preferred at least five (5) business days in advance for spa services up to 5 people and at least two weeks in advance for groups exceeding 5 people.  Often we can accommodate last minute bookings but there may be a surcharge to accommodate the costs of arranging last minute events.

Please note: most often our Spa Parties and Services are quoted on a per person basis. You will be billed for the number of people you reserve for. This is because we bring the right number of staff to accommodate the number of people you say will be there.

Service Area & Travel Charges
A travel charge may be applied depending on your location and how many people we will be serving. When we bid on your party or event, we will be clear about what travel charges if any will be applied.

We will travel to Orlando for jobs valued at $500.00 or more, plus a travel fee of $50 per staff person. In the Sarosta area the service minimum is $650.00 with a travel feel of $55.00 per staff.

For bookings to other areas, please call us.

Deposits
For larger bookings, we may require a 15% deposit to hold the date. The deposit is refundable if your event is cancelled with more than 48 hours notice. Deposits are typically taken for first time customers.

Changing Your Appointment
There is no charge for changing your appointment if the change is made at least 72 hours in advance. Shorter notice could result in forfeiting your deposit.

Late Arrivals
We do our best to arrive on time (we usually arrive at least 30 minutes early to set up). We kindly request that your party do its best to start on time too. We are flexible, though we do reserve the right to charge if your party is 30 minutes late or more at a rate of $50.00 per hour for each staff person).

PLEASE NOTE:
We reserve the right to refuse a treatment if any of the following apply:

  • Any medical conditions that were not mentioned at time of reservation.
  • Broken skin or lesions.

If pregnant please state prior to treatment as some services are contraindicated for pregnant women.
